Before Your First Visit
Before your first visit with Dr. Meg, take the time to download a new patient intake form which can be found here.  This information will provide Meghan will a thorough background of your health necessary for the best treatment.  Once completed please fax, scan and email or drop them off at the clinic you are attending prior to your appointment.

The First Visit
Your first visit will be approximately one hour long during which you and Dr. Meg will discuss in depth your health concerns as well as anything that may be related or contributing to your well-being in any way.  Health goals will be discussed, there will be a brief complaint oriented physical exam, blood work may be ordered or requested from your medical doctor and treatment will be discussed.

The Second Visit
Your second visit with Dr. Meg will also be an hour in length.  You and Meghan will sit down to discuss improvements or changes in your health since the initiation of treatment.  If preformed or requested, laboratory results will also be reviewed during this visit.  Comprehensive treatment plans will be developed unique to your health concerns over the first two visits.

Follow-up Vistis
All future visits with Meghan will be 30 minutes*.  These visits are necessary to ensure that that you are on the way to achieving your health goals.  Modifications may be made if necessary and as initial health concerns are improved, more underlying ones may be dealt with.  If acupuncture is a part of your treatment plan, these visits will also be 30 minutes.  Once your health goals have been met, a 30 minute visit is usually only necessary every 3-4 months to ensure you continue on the right path and for preventative care.

*If a quick check-in is all that is required, a 15 minute visit may be suggested by Meghan
